The NUCA attendee room rate is $239 per night, plus a $20 resort fee and applicable taxes. This special rate is available for stays up to three days before and three days after the event, based on hotel availability.


To reserve a room within the NUCA hotel block, you must be registered for the meeting. Reservations made for individuals who are not registered attendees will be moved outside the NUCA block and charged the hotel’s standard rate.

Fly into Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). It is the closest commercial airport to Miramar Beach and the Sandestin resort area.


VPS: About 24–26 miles; approximately 35–45 minutes by car

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP): About 42 miles; approximately 50–60 minutes

Pensacola International Airport (PNS): About 64 miles; approximately 1 hour 20–30 minutes

Self-parking is available for $15 per day, and valet parking is available for $30 per day. We are proud to offer complimentary valet parking for fully electric vehicles with charging stations in our valet area.
