Cancellation Policy - Please Review Carefully
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Chris Barrett by February 4, 2022 to receive a full refund less a $150 per registration item administration fee. Refunds will be issued after March 31, 2022. Cancellations received after February 5, 2022 will not be refunded but substitutions will be accepted in writing and can be sent to Chris Barrett. Refunds will not be given for golf tournament registration or sponsored events/items or cancellations due to weather events.
In the event that the meeting is canceled after February 5, 2022 by the host property available options: event registration fee can donated to STRAF or event registration fee can be held as a credit for a future NUCA meeting. Event organizers will contact you directly on how to proceed if the meeting is canceled.
